WHAT IS A THIRD PARTY DEBT ORDER?
A third party debt order is a type of court order compelling a third party to pay money owed to a judgment debtor directly to a judgment creditor. A third party debt order is most commonly used to compel a judgment debtor’s bank to pay a judgment creditor using funds in the judgment debtor’s bank account.
